## Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in domiciliary and care home settings. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting and assisting vulnerable individuals.

## Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and physical activities
- Implement care plans and provide emotional support to residents
- Monitor and record residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship

## Experience
### Required:
- Previous experience in a care home, assisted living, or nursing home environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and care plans
- Valid driving licence if required to transport residents (optional)
- Proficiency in behaviour management techniques

### Nice-to-have:
- Qualification in health and social care or related field
