About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and reliable

agency care and support workers

to assist across various residential care homes supporting both

children and adults

. Assignments are available across multiple counties, and workers will be placed based on availability and proximity.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to children and adults in various settings, including home care and nursing facilities. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. Monitor and document patient progress, adhering to care plans and behavior management strategies. Ensure a safe environment by following health and safety protocols, including first aid when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
