Job Description

THIS POST IS A SECONDMENT FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MATERNITY COVER.

As a Health Care Support Worker, you will support the delivery of lymphoedema care to clients within a clinical setting and/or home environment, as part of a team and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Listening to patients and carers and improving the way we work



Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office's criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed.



This is an ideal opportunity for a Health Care Support Worker who is seeking to broaden and utilize their range of skills and knowledge as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will participate in the delivery of skilled, autonomous care to patients.



This post involves lone working and the ability to travel independently is essential.



The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
