Your Role as a Support Worker
You'll work closely with our dedicated team to support Adults from the 18- 80+ in their homes, enabling them to live fulfilling, safe, and independent lives. Your day may include:
Supporting personal care routines with dignity and respect
Delivering specialised care (e.g. PEG, stoma, tracheostomy - full training provided!)
Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
Promoting independence and empowering choice
Maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory standards
Being a warm, consistent and reliable presence for the people we support
What We're Looking For
A kind, patient and proactive approach
Experience in care is desirable, but not essential - we provide full training
A willingness to learn new clinical skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or sleep-ins if required
A full driving licence is beneficial
