We are recruiting for a health care support workers to work on a Saturday, part-time on a single handed run in Rueben/Johnstown.

Hapus Home Care are looking for dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our compassionate and skilled team.
Job Overview:
In this rewarding role, you will provide vital assistance to individuals, helping to deliver high-quality, person centred care and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting individuals with their daily routine, including personal care, mobility, and medication.
Maintaining individual records via an electronic app, accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring the safety and comfort of all individuals at all times.
Providing emotional and social support to individuals and their families.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not essential) as full training will be given.
A caring, empathetic, and individual-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently.
Basic understanding of healthcare procedures and individual care.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) but not essential.
