About the Role

P&N Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking a compassionate and reliable

Part-Time Domiciliary Carer

to join our dedicated team in the

Newport/Pontypool/Cwmbran

area. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.

You will be supporting service users with daily tasks, personal care, meal preparation, mobility, medication prompts, and companionship. This is a rewarding role where you make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to service users in their own homes Assist with personal care, washing, dressing, and hygiene needs Support with meal preparation and domestic tasks Assist with mobility and safe-moving practices Record all care notes digitally using our care management system Prompt and record medication in line with eMAR guidelines Offer emotional support, companionship, and reassurance Follow care plans and communicate changes or concerns to the office Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies at all times
