What You'll Do

As a

Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

, you will:

Deliver personal care with dignity and respect Support residents with mobility, nutrition, and daily routines Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor wellbeing and report any changes Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Work closely with nurses, families, and your team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in a care or support setting (minimum 6 months)

Valid UK driving licence

- Preferred but not essentialdue to work across multiple sites. Current DBS or on Update Service. Friendly, caring, and reliable with strong communication skills Able to follow care plans and work both independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and last minute shifts.

Pay: 13.70-21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 01 - 48 per week
