We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and compassionate Care assistants for our client's fabulous care home

Entry requirements of this job:

1. There are no formal academic entry requirements. Off- and on-the-job training is provided.

2. You don't need any healthcare experience to join us as a Healthcare Support Worker.

3. Care-based experience is preferable but not essential as full training with be provided.

4. Hold a current or willing to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check

Tasks required by this job include:

1. Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, showering and using the toilet

2. Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary

3. Helping tidy the patient's home or room

4. Taking the patient's vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature

5. Talking to patients and reassuring them

6. Attending meetings with other healthcare professionals

7. Assisting nurses and other staff when needed

8. Adhering to professional standards

9. Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient's condition
