DDM Health provides scalable, engaging, and effective digital health interventions with clinically validated peer-reviewed outcomes. DDM has developed two AI-led digital health interventions that have been clinically validated and proven in a multitude of clinical and commercial settings. DDM's multi-award-winning, recognised innovations are low-cost and globally scalable.
DDM is seeking an Health Coach who has previously delivered face-to-face and digital weight management and lifestyle interventions. The role is education-focused, with the intention of enabling people to take control of their health through lifestyle changes. The role is based in West Northamptonshire.
What we want from you:
Provide one-to-one and group-based support using motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques as part of a Tier 2 Weight Management Service.
The passion to empower and educate people with your writing and support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly.
Comfortable providing digital and face-to-face support.
Requirements:
BSc in Nutrition or Psychology
Training in behaviour change and motivational interviewing
Experience in group-led and one-one health coaching
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 23,500.00-27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
