The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and highly organised Health Coach to support the delivery of our Women's Health Programme. This role involves working closely with women across a range of ages and backgrounds to promote wellbeing, support lifestyle changes, and ensure seamless programme implementation. The ideal candidate is passionate about women's health, has a strong background in coaching or health promotion, and can provide empathetic and evidence-based support.

What does the role involve?

A hands-on role that requires you to:


Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of women's health programmes, workshops, and support sessions. Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing, and reproductive health. Monitor client progress and offer motivational support to achieve health goals. Facilitate group sessions, or community events that promote women's health awareness. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Contribute to the creation of educational resources and social media content. Stay updated on the latest research and trends in women's health and wellness. Support programme evaluation and feedback collection to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills and competencies

:



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centred approach. Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Your Qualifications

Relevant qualification in health coaching, nutrition, exercise science, public health, or a related field.

This role will be based at

Havant

but will be expected to travel to other company

site as the need requires.
