GLL is looking for a Health & Fitness Supervisor to work at Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre. As a Health & Fitness Supervisor you will ensure the smooth daily operations of a vibrant gym, as well as overseeing the Centre's fitness class programme & instructors.

What you'll do

To build rapport with customers and create an excellent, quality customer experience within Basingstoke Sports Centre Ensure customer compliance with centre rules and procedures To embrace the GLL brand ethos and apply this throughout service delivery To coordinate a team of fitness instructors and fitness class instructors, managing their work patterns and activity programme To maintain a good and positive image of the centre to all participants proving a

welcoming, helpful and professional service
To maintain a friendly, safe & clean gym environment

What you need

A real focus on customer service Passion and personality Experience of administration Knowledge of health and safety Evidence of achieving results and making a difference to customers Evidence of achieving results and making change happen through supervision and influence A can-do attitude Be a great team player Good IT, literacy, numerical and communication skills A good positive image by providing welcoming, helpful and professional service to ensure the customers return week after week. Ability to engage with all customers to activity encourage participation all service and activities
