Job Description
Job Title: Health Insurance Advisor
Location: Fully remote
Company Overview: Small growing independent brokerage. Small team looking to put solid foundations in place.
Salary and Earnings:
- Basic salary: 30,000
- Uncapped commission
- Target OTE: 60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage own calendar
- Chase sales
- Dial outbound if needed (some days 100+ dials)
- Some days no dialling needed
- 5 lead sources including web leads and hotkeys
- Handle switch business and Virgin clients
- Quote from main providers: Aviva, AXA, Bupa
Requirements:
- Experience in health insurance sales or advisory role
- Self-disciplined for remote work
- Strong phone skills for outbound dialling and conversions
- Familiar with CRM and lead management tools
- FCA compliant or able to become compliant
