Health Insurance Writer
to produce clear and engaging content so that we can continue our mission of empowering UK consumers to make the best health insurance choices.
The role involves researching, writing and maintaining content across a variety of formats, including learn articles, product reviews, in-depth guides, press releases, marketing copy and social media blogs. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the UK health insurance market, excellent writing skills, and the ability to turn complex topics into accessible and actionable content.
Key responsibilities:
Create high-quality, accurate health insurance content that addresses the needs and concerns of our target audience, providing clear, expert-led insights.
Update and improve existing content to ensure it remains authoritative, relevant and delivers the best user experience.
Research the health insurance market and stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, products and market trends.
Help to evaluate products and assist with our provider ratings.
Incorporate SEO best practices into your writing to enhance search visibility and help drive traffic.
Collaborate with other areas of the business, such as marketing, design and compliance, to ensure our content aligns with our brand voice, legal requirements and business objectives.
Assist with our social media strategy by repurposing content and generating ideas.
You are:

Highly organised, able to prioritise your workload and manage multiple deadlines.
Able to write clear and engaging content, while maintaining accuracy and a consistent tone of voice.
Passionate about helping consumers make informed choices through unbiased content.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with other team members.
Curious and inquisitive, and prepared to dig beneath the surface to ask questions or challenge assumptions.
Open to feedback and always looking to improve your writing and subject knowledge.
Your experience:
We're looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
2+ years of experience writing on UK health insurance
Previous experience working in a financial services environment
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content
