Summary



We are seeking a Health Optimisation Therapist/ Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Be Superhuman. Located in Upminster, Essex this role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our health optimisation centre. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to client satisfaction and wellness.

Responsibilities



Administering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions (HBOT) following established protocols. (Full training provided) Guide clients through Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Local Cryo and Compression therapy sessions ensuring their comfort and safety. (Full training provided) Educate clients about the benefits and qualities of the therapies offered at the centre ensuring they have a clear understanding of the potential health improvements they can experience. Handle bookings through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. Monitor and promptly respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients. Track missed calls and promptly return them. Regularly check voicemail messages and respond to them. Conduct follow-up calls with clients. Ask clients to leave us a Google review. Respond to Google Reviews to maintain a positive online presence for the centre. Provide informative walk-in tours around the centre, highlight ng the benefits of our therapies. Accurately process payments and follow end-of-day cashing up processes. Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitising therapy rooms after each use and performing end-of-day cleaning duties. Film content for social media. Create and post social media content e.g., Instagram reels, posts, stories and Tik Tok.

Requirements



Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer software. A passion for health and wellness is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
