Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our team. The post holders will require excellent communication skills, have a very positive and flexible approach to the needs of the service, be motivated and ready for the next challenge and also enjoy working as part of a very busy team.



Knowledge of WPAS/IFIT and previous Health Records experience is desirable, however full in house training will be provided.



The Health Records Department at Ty Samlet, Swansea currently has the following positions available:



Position one :

Monday - Friday 3pm - 7pm 20 hour post



Position two:

Monday-Friday 5pm -9pm 20 hour post



Position three:

Friday 4pm -9pm, Saturday 8am-4.30pm, Sunday 9am-12pm (16 hour post)



Position four:

Saturday 8am-4.30pm, Sunday 9am-12pm & Monday 4pm -9pm (16 hour post)



Position five:

Saturday 8am-4.30pm, Sunday 9am-12pm, Monday & Tuesday 4pm-9pm (21 hour post)



there may be a requirement to participate in the health records on call service along with supporting the service across Morriston/Singleton and Neath hospitals when necessary in line with working patterns



The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
