Health and Safety Advisor




Base: Ealing Broadway


Hybrid working - 2 office days per week, but operationally active across sites up to 5 days depending on business needs


Must have a clean driving licence, access to own vehicle, and business insurance, this is essential


We're looking for a curious, confident, and proactive Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. You'll be working across our

Construction, Design and Management (CDM)

areas, including

new builds, care and support properties and community spaces.

The role is broad and operational and essentially covers

every aspect of building safety

across our portfolio. You'll be out and about across our northern counties - ideally, you'll live along the

M40 corridor

to make travel easier.

What you'll be doing:



Providing reliable, customer-focused health and safety advice across the business. Supporting managers and teams with risk assessments, audits, inspections, and training. Investigating incidents and helping shape safer ways of working. Working closely with our People team to support employee wellbeing. Helping embed health and safety policies and procedures that reflect best practice and current legislation.

What we're looking for:



Proven ability to build strong relationships

across a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Demonstrable influencing and negotiation skills

- you'll need to persuade others to adopt new ways of working.

Strategic communication skills

- you'll be confident asking the awkward questions and driving positive change. Some

health and safety experience

is essential - ideally with knowledge of CDM regulations and building safety. A

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate

is required. We'll support you to work towards a NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH graduate membership. You'll be

comfortable working independently

, managing your time, and juggling multiple priorities.

Our Assessment Process




Our fair, inclusive, and transparent recruitment process includes a first stage in-person interview on the 6th and 7th November and a second final in-person interview on the 10 November at our Ealing Office.
