Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive

Health & Safety Business Partner

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures across our operations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You will work closely with management and staff to promote a culture of safety, conduct risk assessments, and deliver health and safety training. The successful candidate will be a key driver in fostering continuous improvement in health and safety standards throughout the organisation, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practices.

To be successful you will have:

Chartered Membership of IOSH NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. Proven experience in health and safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations in the UK Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols Experience in delivering health and safety training to staff at all levels Proactive attitude with the ability to influence and motivate employees to promote safety best practices
