This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new organisation and shape how we protect our people, places, and projects from day one. You'll be joining a forward-thinking team that values collaboration, integrity, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll:
Lead our health and safety strategy across diverse services including construction, cleaning, and property.
Act as our competent person under Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
Develop and oversee policies, audits, and incident management.
Provide expert advice to teams and senior leaders.
Line manage one Health & Safety Advisor.
Promote a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
You'll Be Someone Who...
Holds NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualifications.
Is a Graduate Member of IOSH (or working towards Chartered status).
Has substantial experience in a senior H&S role, ideally in construction or facilities.
Knows CDM 2015 inside out and can confidently advise on compliance.
Communicates clearly and leads with integrity.
Has a UK driving licence and is happy to travel to sites.
