We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of dynamic projects in construction, social housing, commercial, and manufacturing sectors.
This is a remote-based role with occasional travel to our head office in Maidstone and site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide health and safety advice and support across multiple projects and sectors
Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Develop and implement H&S policies, procedures, and documentation
Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant H&S legislation and best practices
Prepare reports and recommendations for clients and internal teams
Requirements:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (ideally) or equivalent qualification
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in construction
Proven experience across a mix of sectors (construction, housing, manufacturing, etc.)
Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
