Our client, Taylor Woodrow, a leading infrastructure and civil engineering specialist, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join the team on a major rail infrastructure project.
This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all site activities, working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental compliance across civils, highways, infrastructure, rail and track works. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Promote a positive safety culture and deliver toolbox talks and training sessions. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Sentinel Card
(mandatory for rail/track access). Proven experience in rail or track projects within a construction environment. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification desirable. Experience with behavioural safety initiatives.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
