Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
Lead internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
Provide expert H&S advice to operational teams, senior leaders, and vendors.
Promote and embed a proactive safety-first culture within the business, particularly across global construction and security operations.
Qualifications and Experience

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health and Safety management role within
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated experience with behavioural safety initiatives and well-being programmes.
Critical thinker with the ability to analyse risk and implement logical, practical solutions.
Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to influence and support teams at all levels.
