Health & Safety Manager

to help ensure our projects remain compliant, safe, and well-managed from start to finish.

The role:

As Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all projects and our office environment. You'll work closely with project teams to uphold our 45001 certification, ensure CDM compliance, and carry out regular audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on all Health & Safety matters across projects and our head office Conduct regular site audits and inspections Maintain ISO 45001 accreditation and documentation Develop and manage Construction Phase Plans and H&S files Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to promote best practice Provide H&S input for the preparation of O&M manuals post-project

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in the construction or commercial fit-out sector In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and H&S legislation Proven experience managing ISO 45001 certification Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively across teams and with contractors NEBOSH or equivalent qualification (preferred) Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Day shift Monday to Friday

Experience:

health & safety in construction: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester M2 4LQ
