Equans is looking for a Health & Safety Trainer to join our team in a national role with training predominantly in the South, covering regions including London, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Birmingham. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus, and benefits package.



What will you deliver?




Deliver internal H&S training courses and refreshers (e.g. Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height)

Engage operatives across various live construction and housing sites

Adapt training style for different environments and audiences, ensuring engaging and effective sessions

Support the delivery of CITB, IOSH & UKATA-accredited training content

Contribute to a positive safety culture and ensure clear communication across teams

Maintain accurate training records and support internal quality assurance practices

Who are you?




Experienced H&S Trainer or a H&S professional with strong training delivery experience

Confident in delivering face-to-face sessions across live sites with site operatives

Hold relevant H&S qualifications such as NEBOSH, and L3 Education & Training (or equivalent)

Able to adapt training style and material for different working environments

Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

Full UK driving licence and willing to travel nationally


This role may require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to the nature of the working environment.
