We're looking for a proactive and highly organised

Health & Safety Training Coordinator

to join our team and play a key role in keeping our people trained, compliant, and ready to perform at their best.

You'll be the first point of contact for learning requests across the business and will manage the training and learning needs ensuring relevant programmes and individual requirements are supported.

Key Responsibilities





Act as the first point of contact for learning requests and manage the full administration of H&S training, including maintaining accurate learning records and data transfer between systems. Work with the H&S team and Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs, source solutions, and ensure training is prepared, delivered, and reviewed in line with plans. Administer and assign training through the online LMS/eLearning platform, including uploading and revising SOPs, creating curricula, assignments, calendars, and reports. Track and report on learning completion, training spend, and delegate feedback to support continuous improvement of training programmes. Research and select suitable external training providers and identify appropriate venues or activities for internal and external training events. Build and coordinate a training calendar that aligns with race schedules and key organisational events. Support the delivery of site inductions and refresher sessions, including preparation of paperwork, passes, and system access for new starters. Manage logistics such as ordering training supplies and creating, updating, and version-controlling training materials.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office and digital learning systems Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in LMS administration is highly desirable.
