Salary: 150 - 220 per day
We are seeking a dedicated professional Health & Social Care Teacher with QTS to join one of our prestigious schools in Wirral. As our Health & Social Care Teacher, you'll be at the heart of our vocational studies department. You'll work with students across different year groups, guiding them through the complexities of health and social care. This is a role for an educator who believes in practical application and connecting with students on a personal level.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering impactful lessons that go beyond the textbook, using real-world examples and case studies.
• Mentoring students and helping them to understand the importance of safeguarding, communication, and human development.
• Fostering a classroom environment where students feel safe to ask questions and explore sensitive topics.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure our curriculum is both engaging and effective.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A relevant degree or professional experience in a Health & Social Care field.
• Proven experience teaching the subject at the secondary school level.
• The ability to inspire and build rapport with students.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
