Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our us here at RCB Healthcare. You'll have a strong background in nursing and public health, with the ability to effectively teach and communicate complex concepts. This role is essential in providing training and development to staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Trainer will facilitate engaging sessions that promote learning and professional growth.

Duties

Develop and deliver training programmes focused on moving & handling, MCA, DOLS, Health & Safety, Fire and First Aid. Conduct workshops and presentations that enhance public speaking skills among trainees. Assess the training needs of staff and create tailored educational materials to meet those needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments, making improvements as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

Strong teaching abilities with experience in delivering educational content to diverse audiences. Excellent public speaking skills, capable of engaging participants effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology and nutrition concepts is highly desirable. Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and environments. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning and executing training sessions.
