Job Description

We are looking to recruit skilled and highly motivated individuals into the role of Mental Health Support worker. These are exciting and dynamic roles within the CRISS (Crisis Resolution Intensive Support Service) which is a dynamic and flexible service which offers 24/7 crisis assessments and home-based treatment for working age adults across the city. The service is currently under a period of development to bring together both sides of the service in localities across the city and in line with Core Fidelity standards.



We are seeking Mental Health Support Workers who have experience of working in acute care and motivated to support our service users to experience improved mental health within the community. The ideal applicants will have experience in mental health, facilitating and meeting the various individual physical, mental and holistic needs of service users whilst under direction and supervision of senior colleagues.



Successful candidates will work within a MDT led team which aims to reduce admissions to hospital and facilitate early discharge through home based treatment. You will be expected to work with service users, carers and the Multi-Disciplinary team to provide care to service users with acute mental health needs.



It is essential that applicants hold a UK full driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
