This part-time (22 hour/week) post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working \xe2\x80\x93 working from home and on campus. There is an expectation that work will be undertaken on the Exeter and Cornwall Campuses when required.

Summary of the role

The University of Exeter is seeking a Health Surveillance Practitioner/Administrator to join their expert health surveillance and administration team. The successful applicant will support the administration of the health surveillance programme and undertake health surveillance assessments for staff at both the Exeter and Cornwall campuses. The Health Surveillance Practitioner/Administrator will thrive in the diversity of university life and enjoy working with employees from varied roles and professional backgrounds, and who will assist us to support our university aim to provide a positive, inclusive and safe working environment for all employees.

The main elements of the role include; thorough working knowledge of OH administration systems, acting as a central information point for health surveillance administration, diary management and scheduling of health surveillance appointments, and operating health surveillance equipment and undertaking tests.

Applicants must be educated to A level or equivalent. We are an OH Adviser led service with regular clinical support from our appointed Occupational Physician.
