You'll promote positive health and wellbeing through one-to-one support, group activities, and community partnerships.

What's the role?
The role involves holding a caseload of one-to-one support, group work, and delivering activities that empower young people to make informed life choices.
You'll work closely with health practitioners and community partners to provide holistic, youth-centred support.
Using frameworks like Young-Thrive and Outcome Star, you'll measure impact and help shape services that truly meet young people's needs.
You will work closer with practitioners within Lewisham's GP Youth Clinics to provide a youth-led support for children and young peoples health and wellbeing.
