Home Care Assistant

Here at Serene Healthcare Group we are looking for individuals to join our growing number of amazing caring staff to enable us to continue to deliver Safe, high-quality bespoke care that enables us to support many of our clients to live as independently as practically possible in their own homes.


Experience is not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role of a home care assistant includes:

providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care, meal preparation, carrying out light domestic duties, supporting clients with accessing the community.

Key skills:

You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's licence and access to a car Have excellent communication skills Be a team player Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner

When you join our team you will receive the best training and support to support you in your role as we believe in developing our staff to become highly skilled and able to deliver high-quality care and able to respond competently, effectively and in a calm manner to any situation and thereby inspire confidence in our clients about our service.

Skills / Qualifications:

Good communication Kind and caring Candidate needs to be a driver, have access to a car and be a UK licence holder. Previous experience not necessary but a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
