The role of a home care assistant includes:
providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care, meal preparation, carrying out light domestic duties, supporting clients with accessing the community.
Key skills:
You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's licence and access to a car
Have excellent communication skills
Be a team player
Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives
Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner
