We're looking for

Care Assistants

, to support our residents throughout the

day

at our beautiful care home,

Haddenham Park Care Home and Apartments

in Aylesbury.

With the support and kindness of your team, you'll work closely with our residents, their families & external health professionals to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care. You'll be passionate to encourage & supporting your residents to reach even the smallest of achievements. Through the strength of your relationships, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified. From personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events, your kindness and willingness will ensure residents' needs are always looked after. You'll thrive on organisation and be someone who notices even the small detail. A willingness to learn, to grow and develop is important to you. When needed, you'll be happy to work weekends to support your team.
