- Care Assistant

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will report to the Senior Care Assistant or Registered Nurse and support with all aspects of care within the home. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring each resident's individual needs are met.

You will:

Support Senior Carers and Registered Nurses in delivering excellent care. Assist during mealtimes and participate in resident activities to promote relationship-centred care. Help ensure care plans are regularly reviewed, updated, and reflective of the care being provided.

You will be:

Compassionate and committed to outstanding care. Ethical and aligned with our values. Qualified in or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
