Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are pleased to offer opportunities for experienced Healthcare Assistants for Boscawen Ward, Falmouth Hospital .



Boscawen Ward, Falmouth hospital has 16 beds. These provide hospital care for elderly patients and people who need rehabilitation after surgery or an illness. We are a friendly, supportive team who aim to provide the best individualised care needed to support patients.



Full time of 37.h hrs being a permanent contract undertaking a range of night duties 19:30- 08:00 hrs and long days 07:30 - 20:00 hrs on a rotational basis in order to support 24 hour nursing care, 7 days per week. This will include weekends and bank holidays.



This job is currently only open to people who already work for the NHS in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.

To assist in the delivery of clinical care, planned and assessed by the Registered Nurses

To carry out care / other duties under indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Senior Health Care Assistant Support care on a day-to-day basis for all patients in the clinical area in a manner sensitive to the individual clients needs and wishes, acknowledging their rights and beliefs at all times Contribute to resource management within the clinical area
