Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities. Support the development and delivery of personalized care plans. Monitor, record, and report on patient care and progress. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Travel to various care settings or home visits as required. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A caring attitude and commitment to supporting others.
