About the Role

We are currently recruiting

dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

to work in the

PO33 4RW

area. This is an excellent opportunity for caring individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others.

You will support residents in care homes and healthcare settings by providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with day-to-day activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents. Assist with daily living activities including dressing, feeding, and mobility. Observe, monitor, and record residents' health and wellbeing. Support nursing and senior care staff in the delivery of personalised care plans. Maintain accurate and confidential care documentation. Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.

Requirements

Minimum

6 months of UK-based healthcare experience

(essential).

Right to Work in the UK

(essential). Up-to-date

DBS

and

Mandatory Training

(preferred). Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. Flexible, reliable, and committed to providing person-centred care.
