The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting residents with mobility and daily activities
Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Monitoring residents' health and reporting concerns
Assisting with meals and hydration
Maintaining accurate care records
Working as part of a supportive care team
Following care plans and health & safety procedures
About You
A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Previous care experience is desirable but
not essential
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Right to work in the UKWhat We Offer
