Healthcare Assistant

Location:

Luton, AL3

Pay Rate:

16.00 - 19.00 per hour

Shifts:

Part Time Days & Nights | 12 Hour Shifts | 1 to 2 shifts per week

Meet Our Client

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our care team supporting a 66-year-old lady with complex care needs. This is a 2:1 role, working alongside a Registered Nurse, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in complex care.



She is an intelligent and engaging lady with a love for the Royal Family, game shows, the news, and The Crown. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, arts & crafts, gardening, and music, she particularly enjoys music therapy.


You will provide person-centred care, supporting her daily routines, assisting with mobility, personal care, and clinical needs, while helping her enjoy her interests and maintain her quality of life. This is a rewarding role for carers who are patient, attentive, and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

What You'll Need

3 months' care experience Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling Clear communication skills Pet friendly - cat's within the property
