We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and flexible
Healthcare Assistants
to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting residents with all levels of personal care as detailed in their individual support plans. We have day shifts with permanent contracts available.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high levels of personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming, and oral care.
Assist with medication administration and support residents with mobility (moving and handling).
Support residents with eating and drinking, monitor and record intake, and prepare drinks and snacks as needed.
Complete daily electronic records in line with company policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and supervisions as required by your line manager.
Help to maintain the home's positive reputation by delivering compassionate care and adhering to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A caring, patient, and reliable nature with a commitment to ensuring high standards of care.
Willingness to work towards a
Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
(if not already obtained).
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, as part of a rota.
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
