As a Healthcare Assistant at Spire Healthcare Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nursing and medical staff in providing excellent patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the daily care of patients, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patients are comfortable and well-cared for during their stay.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting with the personal care of patients, including helping with bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assisting nursing staff with clinical procedures and treatments
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of patient rooms

To excel in this role, you will need to be a caring and empathetic individual with a strong desire to help others. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
