is currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate

Healthcare Assistants

to join our team.

Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for these positions.

We are hiring for two key shift patterns:

Evening Healthcare Assistant:

4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Night Healthcare Assistant:

8:00PM - 8:00AM

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant at Claremont Care Home, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing are maintained throughout your shift. You will be part of a supportive team that values respect, kindness, and dedication.

Your Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting Supporting residents with mobility and mealtime assistance Providing emotional support and companionship Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour Working collaboratively with nurses and other team members

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided A kind, caring nature with a passion for helping others Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
