About the Role:
We are offering a staffing-only care package supporting a 21-year-old male client with quadriplegic dyskinetic cerebral palsy (very limited control of his arms and legs) Most care will be shared between family members and agency staff , with a particular need for weekend coverage , so you'll join a supportive, well-equipped team.
About the client:

• 21-year-old male with quadriplegic dyskinetic cerebral palsy
• No active mobility; requires hoisting for all transfers using a track hoist
• Specialist equipment to support posture for sitting, toileting, and bathing
• Works on standing transfers in therapy sessions (not required in daily care)
• Needs support with oral meals due to muscle control difficulties.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with all transfers via hoist
• Assisting with daily care routines in a calm, patient, and positive way
• Working alongside family and agency staff to provide a consistent, high-quality care environment
• Ensuring client comfort, dignity, and safety always

Requirements:

• Experience with moving and handling , including hoisting
• Calm, patient, and team-oriented approach
• Flexible and reliable, happy to cover shifts that may include weekends

Hours & Pay:

• 12-hour or 24-hour shifts at 22 per hour - WEEKENDS ONLY.
• 100/night (sleep-in)
• Flexibility is key - family and agency staff cover many shifts, offering variety and support
