Mandatory Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Full UK Driving Licence

and access to a vehicle.

15 Standards of Care Certificate

(Care Certificate).

Training and competence in:

Medication administration. PEG feeding. Catheter care. Stoma care.
Tracheostomy care.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. Supporting with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Administering medication safely in line with policy and training. Providing specialist support with PEG feeding, catheter management, stoma care, and tracheostomy care as required. Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of daily living. Building trusting relationships with clients and their families, respecting individual needs and preferences. Accurately recording and reporting care delivered, incidents, and changes in client wellbeing.
Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the care team.
