About the Role:

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate

Health Care Assistants (HCAs)

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, nutrition, and hygiene. Promote dignity, choice, and independence for residents. Work effectively as part of a care team within care homes. Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as an HCA in care homes is desirable. A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to different care home environments.

Documents required before starting work:

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available). Proof of address. Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence). Updated CV. Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate. Mandatory training certificates (e.g., Moving & Handling, Basic Life Support, Infection Control, etc.). References covering the last 2 years of employment.

Pay: 12.21-14.04 per hour

Weymouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
