Are you caring, compassionate, and love-making a difference? We are looking for a friendly, motivated Healthcare Assistant to join a very busy ENT outpatient clinic and be a key part of delivering exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing:

• Supporting patients through their ENT appointments
• Assisting clinicians with minor procedures and treatments
• Preparing clinic rooms and ensuring equipment is ready to go
• Providing reassurance and comfort to patients during their visit
• Updating patient records and helping to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience of 6 months paid NHS experience
• Great communication and people skills
• A caring supportive, and can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a busy clinic environment

Now Hiring: Nurse / ODP - Endoscopy Team
Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Assessment
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with ENT-related conditions such as ear infections, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and head/neck cancers.
• Perform patient assessments and assist with diagnostic tests like audiometry or allergy testing.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Procedural Support
• Assist in minor surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Support tracheostomy care, aural care, and skin allergy testing.
• Education & Communication
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary teams and document patient progress accurately.

• ENT outpatient clinics
• Surgical wards
• Ambulatory care units
• Acute care hospitals
