Healthcare Assistants (Auxiliary Nurses)
to provide compassionate, person-centred care in clients' homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor vital signs, conduct urine tests, and assist with blood sample collection
Support medical examinations and treatment preparations
Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
Aid in meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate hydration
Maintain clean and safe environments (e.g. tidying rooms, changing bed linen)
Collaborate with nurses and other professionals in homes, hospices and hospital wards

? Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare support role (preferred)
Background in dementia care, residential, or community care settings
Confident administering basic first aid and supporting medication protocols
Physically fit to perform care tasks (including moving and handling)
Warm, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with domiciliary care practices and complex care requirements
Entry Requirements
Formal academic qualifications required
NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Enhanced DBS check mandatory (will be facilitated)
Full training provided for successful candidates
