Due to recent growth and acquisitions of new services at Partnering Health Group (PHL). We're now looking for Call Handlers to join our friendly team in
Segensworth
, where you'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for patients and contract customers. As a healthcare provider we're proud to provide caring, professional, and reliable healthcare services 24/7.
This role is ideal for people who are compassionate, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Whether you're handling patient enquiries, booking appointments, or providing reassurance over the phone, the support you give can have a real impact on people's lives.

What You'll Do
Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
Book appointments, gather accurate information, and log details clearly.
Provide clear, reassuring communication to callers at every step.
Work closely with colleagues and shift managers to keep services running smoothly.
Support administrative tasks and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Take part in ongoing training and continuous development.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.
The ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions.
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Demonstrated literacy skills combined with dexterity and a sharp eye for detail.
Previous experience in a patient facing or service-focused role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
