Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer specialising in Health & Care Worker Visas to collaborate with us on a case-by-case basis. The role involves managing visa applications and providing legal support for doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements (Essential):
SRA practising certificate OR OISC Level 3 accreditation (mandatory) Minimum 10 years of professional experience in UK immigration law At least 100 successful healthcare visa cases Strong knowledge of UKVI rules and procedures Ability to work independently and manage cases effectively Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Farsi, Arabic, Urdu, Russian, etc.) is an advantage
