As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused
Recruiter
to join our team. This role is key to ensuring we attract and retain the very best Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants, and Nurses to deliver exceptional care.
The Role
As a Recruiter, you will:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Support Workers, HCAs, and Nurses across multiple care packages.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure all compliance requirements are met, including DBS checks, references, right-to-work, and training.
Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and recruit the right match for each complex care package.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and talent pool of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
Lead recruitment updates during weekly management meetings, driving forward recruitment priorities.
Advertise roles effectively across different platforms, ensuring compliance with company and CQC standards.
Screen, interview, and select candidates, matching them to the right packages.
Maintain recruitment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in recruitment (healthcare sector experience preferred)
A strong communicator who can engage confidently with candidates and colleagues.
Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
Target-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Knowledgeable about compliance requirements (DBS, right-to-work checks, references, training, etc.) would be an advantage.
Experience using Access (HR/Recruitment system) would be beneficial, but this is not mandatory.
