You'll be a key link between staff, management, and operations, ensuring everything from timesheets to compliance checks is handled efficiently and professionally. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone organised, adaptable, and passionate about making things work seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and approve staff timesheets promptly and accurately
Resolve discrepancies and ensure invoicing aligns with contractual agreements
Build and maintain rotas, ensuring appropriate cover across all shifts
Respond quickly to staffing changes, absences, or shift swaps
Communicate shift allocations clearly to staff and teams
Manage and track new referrals, maintaining up-to-date system records
Conduct basic compliance checks (right-to-work, DBS, training documentation)
Highlight and track any missing or expired compliance documents
Support onboarding and maintain accurate candidate records
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Keep all internal systems updated and accurate
About You
Previous administrative experience, ideally within healthcare or staffing
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal
Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Understanding of healthcare compliance processes (desirable)
Experience with rota coordination or workforce planning (a bonus!)
