To hold a QCF level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Experience of promoting well being through a positive attitude and work ethic. A strong understanding of challenges faced in health and social care. Able to demonstrate good organisational and team skills.

Assist with daily living, utilising their cognitive abilities. Safely engaging within their local community with meaningful activities. Overseeing overall wellbeing including important medication and nutritional requirements. Supporting with personal care and assisting to dress when necessary.
